Questions about warranty voiding

i was wandering if anyone that has modified there coupe could tell me if the dealer said anything cause all i really want to do is put gauges like boost, air fuel, and maybe oil pressure, exhaust, springs, and cold air intake. but if it voids my warranty i dont want to do it. any help would be nice thanks. also does anyone know if they put synthetic oil in the 2.0t.

I'd like to install oil pressure & temp gauges but the dealer told me it would void not the powertrain warranty but the 5 year warranty on everything else electrical.
