First Generation R-Spec Sedan beeps in the garage

Hey guys. Thanks for having this forum available. I am new to this forum, but not new to the forum world, so I did a search of old posts first.

My 2012 sedan has developed a habit of beeping while just sitting in the garage. A periodic double beep that you can hear in the house, may 1/2 hour apart or so. Doesn't do it when the car is running.

I have tried a few things like turning off/on the parking sensors, manually inserting the "key" fob, starting and turning off the engine, locking the doors. Nothing seems to make a difference.

Parking sensors seem to be working fine.

I can't figure out why it continues to beep.

Any thoughts?

Is the car locking/unlocking when it beeps? Wrap both key fobs in aluminum foil for a few hours. One may be sending lock/unlock commands to the car. Foil blocks signal.

I'll give that a try. Doors aren't locking/unlocking, but the beeping sounds like it. Thanks.
