Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Radiator Fan Replacement

I've got a bearing that's starting to go on my fan I think, makes a chirping sound as it's winding down and, depending on ambient, a bit while idling. Has anyone done this themselves or had a 3rd party mechanic do it? The prices from the dealer just for the part are laughable so I've got no desire to use them for the repair (out of warranty), fortunately the part can be bought off the internet for $150-$200, was just curious if anyone had done it and how difficult it was.
