Radio controls backwards?

I've had my 2015 Genesis about 9 months - either I didn't notice this or it happened when my head unit got replaced a few weeks ago.

When I'm in the radio screen (showing the presets) my steering wheel control for the radio (up/down) moves the radio presets up/down as expected.

When I'm in any other screen - home, carplay, etc where the radio station is partially diplayed - the controls flip for choosing radio presets. Down is up and up is down. What the heck?

Anyone else have this issue?

Everyone does, it's annoying. The sad thing is when the DH sedans first came out, someone complained about it and the forum jumped all over them. Now that I have one, I wish I could go back and find that original post and defend the person.

Whats more annoying is the Cruise control is to the left of the menu controls on the steering wheel......always hitting the wrong one :=(

It seems like my past couple of cars had this non-intuitive way of controlling the radio. I don't know what idiot made this an industry standard ;-)

Another thing to add to my G80 checklist:

Brake pedal.
Engine noise & vibration at low speeds with heavy AC load.
Radio up down control reversed between radio and home screens.
