The radio stopped working with XM. At other times all the speakers stopped working except one. Then at other times there was no problem. The dealership told me there should be a recall. A number cars come in for the same repair. They had to order the part. And wait for it to be manufactured. They did replace the entire unit. The warranty paperwork stated the cost was $3600. Now it works fine

One possibility is that the fix had nothing to do with your new head unit and Sirius fixed the no audio problem that affected EVERY G90 2017-2919 that had Travelink turned on their side. Their fix just happen to coincide with the replacement of your head unit. It so, it’s sort of laughable that all their wasted expense and your wasted time was for nothing.
