Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. Hi guys,
I'm new to the forum. Wife owns a 2010 Genesis Coupe 2.0T with the upgraded stereo package.

We are having an issue where the Stereo will make a loud "Thud" and simply turn off for a sec or two then come back on. Happens only when driving and happens regardless if on FM radio or Xm radio.

I'm thinking it is a short somewhere, but i can imagine now what the Dealer will say. Betting they will say they cannot make it happen while driving. Happens maybe once or twice an hour.

Anyone have any ideas? or have had a similar issue?
