Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Rattle/ ticking from glovebox

I just had a new sunroof installed under warranty on my 2015 sedan. Of course the warranty lapsed while it was in the shop and I now hear a ticking noise coming from somewhere behind the glovebox and I can't figure out what it is exactly. Has anyone had this issue? I'm not sure if it's the upper portion that the glovebox is mounted to or what. I tightened all of the visible bolts and took it to the dealership and they claim not to hear anything.
