Really, Really, Really Getting Impatient!

Okay, now that I know I am getting this car, and that I have already agreed to terms with a local dealer for the publishes national lease less $500 coupon and no add-ons - I am going crazy waiting! I even ordered the wings to install the second I get it!

There are no Titanium Grey w/Black Interior Tech Package V-6s in the Twin Cities or in a 200 mile radius. The dealer said that his District Manager is not expecting any until end of August, but I am not putting much stock in that given the lack of information they have had to date. I don't get why the East Coast is getting tech packages before the mid-west.

It seems like most local dealers who pre-ordered the tech package V-6s ordered Black. I get that - because the black is gorgeous - but it is simply impossible to keep it clean and looking good in MN. The grey will hold up better between washes.

I am anxious for my blue tech package too, that is why I keep obsessing about the car and visiting this website

I dont know if dealers just didnt order the tech package or if the first allotments were only for premium builds. Just like they didnt ship any V8's yet either.

Going on vacation soon, I hope my car comes in before then!

I don't know, maybe the East Coast are getting the tech package before the mid and western states since East Coast buyers had to wait longer for the first allotment than the ones in the west? Even though I haven't seen any from the dealer who DID tell me they had a few in stock. When I went there yesterday, all they had was base, and premium package. Maybe they were hiding them on the larger, back lot where I didn't get a chance to go in.

Hyundai currently has six ports of entry for US operations:

1. Baltimore, MD
2. Newark, NJ
3. Brunswick, GA
4. Portland, OR
5. Wilmington, CA
6. Alliance, TX (inland center)
