We are all aware of the rear end differential causing problems and needing to be replaced. In fact, we’ve heard many members on this forum have had it replaced in some instances multiple times.
Those who have had it replaced, was the repair successful? Did the replacement ever cause any more problems 1, 2, 3, 4+ thousand miles after replacement? I notice a lot of posts agree that the problem was fine for an additional 1k mile or two, but haven’t seen any really detail how long the repair have held over a longer period of time.
