Don't think you can. Just turn them off at the vent.
From the Manual:
The outlet vents can be opened or
closed separately using the thumbwheel.
To close the vent, rotate it left
(Rear : down) to the maximum position.
To open the vent, rotate it right
(Rear : up) to the desired position

Turn the temperature control knob to
set the desired temperature.
Rear temperature adjustment is
independently controlled regardless
of "SYNC" function.

Just checked something. On the 2018, push the Climate button, Menu, then you can select the checkbox for rear climate.

I don't recall having that on my 2015 but it has been a long time since I looked so check it.

2015 works the same way...

After checking found It is available on the ‘16 Ultimate.can’t say about the other trims. Nice to be able to keep our 4 yr old great granddaughters feet from playing with the rear compartment controls.
Another thing it took me forever to realize about the Genesis.

Know what you mean... The Mother In law gets back there and all of the sudden it feels like she's roasting a chicken underneath my right elbow! While claiming she touched nothing.

I learned how to deactivate it early on.
