Rear Widow Shade

2018 Genesis G90 Premium-Are the rear driver/passenger shade supposed to go all the way down in the door? Mine stop about an inch from fully closing,and I can't find anything online, or in the user manual about them not fully closing. Anyone had this issue and know of a fix? Thanks!!

They replaced mine under warranty for the same issue.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have an extended warranty on it,just bought it 5 days ago,and noticed the flap not closing on both sides. I thought it was supposed to do that until I watched a Youtube video of them completely closing. How long did it take the dealer to fix?

Update:I fixed the problem. I found the solution on a Lexus forum. I had to"reset" them by holding the window switches on the second indents when raising them up and lowering them down 30 seconds each. Then the shade will cycle up and then back down and fully retract into window. Had me perplexed for almost a week.

hi Just bought a 2018 Genesis G90 and I had the same issuie . For me work diferent way .On driver seat Hold up the 2 rear curtain/windows switchs for maybe 10 sec and them the car do the reset automatic.
