  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey all!

I was wondering if this is an reasonable price for the 2009 Genesis V6 Tech (Canada, Ontario). $43400 Canadian dollars. - this price includes everything (taxes, destination charge, factory incentives). This will be paid in cash.

Please let me know what you guys think. I plan on negotiating very soon.

Thanks!

Cheers,

I'd be all over that deal !!!!!!!!!!

Ciao,

I just hope I can find dealers with the car (I have, but not too many) and they would bit for a deal like that.

Good price. Leased mine in Southern Ontario in March. Numbers about the same & I knew I was getting a square deal ! Enjoy :welcome:

With today's exchange rates USD vs CAD. I will just go over to US and brought a 2010 V8 Tech and pay 15% tax to bring it over to Ontario. :-)

That's an interesting point with regards to purchasing it from the states.

Will hyundai canada honour the warrenty? That would be the primary concern.

OMVIC has a page for you ;)

As to the warranty, apparently not. Googling the topic, message boards say that HAC stopped honoring warranty on US cars a couple model years ago to discourage self-importation.

Haha thanks for the info. As I have guessed, it seems that would not be the best move. Well Ill be going some negotiating today. A dealer said they would be willing to do invoice/beat it possibly.

I am wondering if they will honor factory hold back :P

Wish me luck hehe.
