Rebadging opinions?

I have a 2010 3.8 Bk/Bk and am rebadging the trunk, wheels and steering wheel. I got a pair of black powder coated Genesis license plate frames from Gary Rome (http://www.hyundaiaccessorystore.com/hyundai_license_plate_frame.html) and they look pretty good. I'm thinking with the Genesis label on the frames I don't need a hood emblem (I like the plain look better myself) and since the rear frame has a Genesis label I'm thinking of replacing the Genesis emblem on the trunk lid with a BH 380 emblem. Seems to me 1 Genesis label on the rear is plenty. Opinions anyone? (I know, it's my car, and you can't see it from your house, but still...)

If you like the plain look why would you get the BH 380 emblem? I think the trunk looks best free of any emblems.

A couple thoughts:

The Genesis label is unbalanced by itself, so I think it's probably better to either remove it or replace with the KDM labeling. I'd argue more for keeping it on the 4.6, since there's the 4.6 badge and there's no lettering for BH460.

On the other hand, replacing it with the KDM lettering (Genesis on the left and BH380 on the right) isn't really accurate, since you don't really have a KDM BH380. More of a purist pet peeve. Plus, it's confusing to everyone, from non-owners to service staff.

But that's just my $0.02. It's your car...do whatever makes you happy

Thanks, gents. Both are good points - maybe just remove the Genesis emblem and call it a day.

It'll give you an idea of what it would look like. In the end it is all about what you would like to see on your car. Everyone has different taste and it's all good.

Thanks for the pix - looks very nice. I went ahead and popped the Genesis lettering off my trunk lid and I think it looks great without any emblem other than the one on the license frame. I'll replace the H this weekend and post a picture.
