Remove front chrome trim to repaint, 2013

Can anybody direct me to a forum thread or a youtube on how to remove/disassemble front bumper chrome trim so I can repaint the rest on my 2013 Genesis Sedan.

Manual is for the 2009 models but the part you are looking at removing should be the same for all BH models. Only have access to this one. A sticky is in the works for FSM's.
