Never thought about using voice commands.

Cool. I will have to try it.
I don't use Alexa. Or I didn't...just got a Lucid & could not get the Homelink connected to the garage door opener. Went through some pain to get they MyQ opener working with Alexa (no native support). Now I am using Alexa to open the garage.
I have the Chargepoint EVSE on a 50 amp line so I am getting 40 amps continuous. I had always set the car for 80% and it reliably charged to 80% and stopped. Two days ago I set it to 100% just to balance out the batteries and it charged to 100%.Okay, I am going to officially say that my GV-60 has charging issues.
After watching my new Lucid happily draw maximum amps (48, but it was drawing a bit more at times) from my Lectron V-box for over five hours, I think I can blame the GV-60 and not the V-box. I think the Lucid will draw up to 80 amps, but the V-box is limited to 48.
The GV-60 will stop charging after while when set to "Maximum" (48 amps) in the car controls. It says charging stopped because the cable was disconnected.
I set it to "Normal" (I think that's what it's called) and it drops to 40 or so amps. Same problem.
I set it to "Minimum" and it drops to 30 amp draw and then no problems.
I don't know what to do about it though. It's not a problem for me as I have all night to charge. I can see it having an issue at 48 amps, but it should not have a problem at 40.
Identical, except for the type of charger.I have the Chargepoint EVSE on a 50 amp line so I am getting 40 amps continuous. I had always set the car for 80% and it reliably charged to 80% and stopped. Two days ago I set it to 100% just to balance out the batteries and it charged to 100%.
I have now set it back to 80%. I am not currently on a time of use plan so I haven't tried setting a timer.
My friend has an Ionic 5 and has the same issue. Hyundai replaced his charge port last week and he can now charge on the Maximum setting again. We could wait for a recall or just push the dealer to replace it as this seems to the solution to the problem. I too have the same issue and have mine set to the medium setting or whatever the correct name is. So it charges fine on the setting and I went from 11.2 kw/h to 10.2 kw/h but that is a negligible difference for me. Once a Genesis EV dealership opens in Ohio, I will have it looked at but will wait for now unless it gets worse.Okay, I am going to officially say that my GV-60 has charging issues.
