  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

A suggestion for future Genesis sedans.

Every time I lend my R-Spec to someone who doesn't own one it comes back with all sorts of "adjustments" out of whack. This last time the mirrors are doing crazy things (like folding in), no interior lights when opening the door, no fog lights etc.

I would like Hyundai to create a "save" feature where current options could be stored and reset should everything go haywire (similar to restoring files on a PC). I really hate pouring through that abomination of a user manual trying to find some obscure setting.

An obvious solution that doesn't involve any redesigning occurs to me...

Stop giving your keys to women you meet in bars after 1am.

But seriously, fog lights are either on, or off. They are not saved settings. Same with folding mirrors. I think you have other problems going on.
