  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Recently replace the battery in a key fob for a genesis 2015 sedan. The key fob now works perfectly but the warning message on the dash continues. Is there a procedure to reset all device warnings to factory settings?

Wrong forum - this is for 2009-2014.

But you also need to replace the battery in your other fob... that's where the warning is coming from if you already replaced 1 with a for-sure fresh battery.

This happened to me as well. Replaced the fob battery and the alarm still came up. It stopped after about about 2 to 3 weeks after replacing the battery. I didn't do anything, it just went away. So maybe wait for a while and see what happens.
