Hi I’m - Also curious about anyone with a roof rack and box. I’m thinking of downgrading in size from my 2012 MDX to a GV70 but concerned about the downgrade in cargo space , esp with 2 kids and baseball equipment that I’m usually carrying around. Will the size of the trunk space be sufficient for weekend trips and/or will I need to look into a roof rack / box. Thanks

I find the GV70 just a bit small. Granted, my last SUV was a Suburban, but still...a Rav 4 seems pretty large for storage compared to the GV70 although on paper there doesn't seem to be that much difference. In person, it's fairly substantial. I would love it if it were another 4-5 inches longer! Especially for back seat space.

Yeah, I know...it's a bit bigger than I wanted and a whole lot more $! I do have a truck as well so I don't need a really big SUV but just a little bigger would make me feel like it was a bit more practical. It isn't much bigger than my daughter's Sportage. I'll survive though.
