  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I took my car into the Round Rock Hyundai (Round Rock, TX) service department to have the air bag TSB taken care of as well as a slight shake in the steering.

- Arrived at about 8:30ish
- They figured it'd be at least couple of hours and offered me a loaner car
- I took the loaner car and was off the lot at 9:00
- I got a call about 4 hours later that the car was ready
- Drove back there after work and dropped the loaner off, signed 3 sheets of paper and was out of there in less than 10 min.

Coming from Lexus one of my big concerns was the quality of Hyundai's service department and if they'd handle customers well. That concern has been completely removed as a result of this experience, I'd say they are on par with Lexus. Well on par minus the waiting area...that could use some work, but since I didn't wait that long I didn't mind. Overall from purchase to service I'd give RR Hyundai 2 huge thumbs up!
