  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

To Sal...specifically but I encourage anybody who is experiencing website issues to post them here.

So here is my list.

1.) I want to post a reply or make a general post. I completely fill out what I want to say and then hit SUBMIT POST. The next screen says YOUR POST IS TOO SHORT, PLEASE LENGTHEN YOUR POST TO A MINIMUM OF ### CHARACTERS. This happens every single time I post. My remedy is to hit the back button and then hit submit post again at a rapid pace and then it will post.

2.) I want to post a reply or make a general post. I hit the SUBMIT POST button and it then takes me to the thread where my post is contained. I re-read my post and notice HALF of the information I posted IS MISSING. I then have to EDIT the post and re-write all the information that I had previously posted.

3.) I cannot find where to post videos any more to our website. Also, when I embed a video from Youtube to the forum...it just shows the link...why can we not see the videos in our threads anymore?

4.) SMILEYS....ITS TIME TO UPGRADE!!! PLEASE!!!

I'd also like the ability to specify the username on the supporting member sign up. There's no place on the PayPal form to indicate an e-mail other than the one associated with PayPal. I'm not going to create a new PayPal account that uses the e-mail address I use with this site.

I did what I did last year and PayPal'ed from my personal account and sent a PM to Hyundai Genesis with the translation details. But the PayPal transaction was refunded, likely because the e-mail address didn't match with any registered user.

I'm trying to give you money and you sent it back! ;)

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Okay, so the YouTube issue is fixed.. For the other issues, how often are they happening? I just cleaned the database so I'm hoping that will resolve the issue.. If not, than start a new account and let me know if it happens with that one as well.. If it does, than it may have something to do with your computer.

This "character" issue happened to one of our most prominent members early on.. It's a shame but he never did return...

The ability to specify a username isn't possible, unfortunately. It's a limitation of the software. When paying via PayPal, they don't give you a text area to specify instructions to the seller? Thank you for trying to support the site.. Maybe we can just go through the motions like we did last time and just let me know via PM which email address you signed up under...
