Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Just yesterday I wondered if and when I'd get a satisfaction survey from Genesis. I picked up a 2024 GV70 about 6 weeks ago. This morning I receive a survey request from IPSOS research. Have others seen this and is this distributed in lieu of one coming directly from the manufacturer? Am curious whether these results will be shared directly to the dealer/manufacturer or stays with the third party. I haven't opened the link yet so not sure what it will tell me once I go to the page. Curious what others have seen after initial purchase. Also curious if your dealers have reached out to you after submitting the survey to address anything that wasn't satisfactory.
