Saved Address's got deleted

Had home, work, and a few other address's saved on the system and when I went to train my wife on the system they were gone. I know she won't be reading this so... She is technically challenged! Is it possible she erased all of them in an attempt to use the system or has anyone else experienced the saved address's being erased.

I can't believe she would have hit delete on each one. Is their a master reset and can it be disabled to keep this from happening again?

There is another thread about this. I think most of us exprrienced it after we filled the tank. I have not had it happen since I had a TSB performed quite some time ago. The service rep had never heard of the problem and had no clue what the TSB was for but it has not happened since.

Don't blame the wife.
