  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello everybody,

I'm new here, I'm from Saudi Arabia and my country's roads are full of sands. My front camera was affected and became blurred and scratched. I went to a shining shop and he is not sure if the front cover in the camera is plastic or glass.

He said if it is glass he cannot clean it and do restoration because it may be destroyed more.

my question is the front lens camera cover glass or plastic?

Is there any solution or a product that I can buy to clean and resore the front lens from the market because to replace the camera is too expensive.

please give me a solution.

thanks

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
The version of the Genesis sold here in the U.S.A. doesn't have a front camera. I suspect that the outer cover is plastic, but don't know for sure. If it's so scratched that the image is unusable, you could try one of those kits that are used to restore plastic headlight lenses.

Try automobile rubbing compound on a cloth and polish lens unsing your finger wrapped in the cloth.
