The only thing I've found so far is to disconnect the battery for 15 minutes which is a hard reset. Also have you upgraded the software lately?
 
How upgraded the software
 
Fuse panel in dash on drive side, there is a single fuse inside of a tabbed holder.

Pull the tab out until the fuse backs out of the panel, push it all back in.

Screen should reset.
