SD Card Slot

Stupid question of the week: How do I get the slot for the SD card open on the 2021 G70 so that I can update the nav with the new SD card?

Use your finger or fingernail to flip the sd door open. On my car the door is held by a rubbery connector on each side to prevent it from coming loose. Let the door hang loose while you press the card in and it will then spring out, as normal for card removal in other devices. Some people report their door is more balky than others. Just be patient and careful. It is meant to be secure yet openable.

The instructions say that that you eject the current card with the engine OFF, then start the engine and insert the new card. I got the instructions off the Genesis website, but I have not yet updated the system.
