  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

100,000 miles, I used the sea-foam spray. Injected it after the control module, MAF I think? Disconnected a small hose, the can of foam came with a red plastic tube. Injected about half of the 12 ounce can, had the RPMs at about 1500 to 2000 during injection. Injected, turned car off, 20 minutes later started it up. A large dense cloud, more white than black came out for at least a minute. Drove it around the block, "pedal to the metal". Exhaust cleared up. Changed the oil.
I would like to change the spark plugs next, but I am uneasy about removing the intake manifold.

Do you notice any difference post-Sea Foam?

Not yet, only about 10 miles post foam. I was thinking MPGs might improve.
