  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I have a 2013 hyundai genesis sedan base model. I just wanna ask if there are any CAI out there that I can purchase.

Search....

At any rate a true CAI which actually relocates the filter behind the fog light is not available for these cars as the aftermarket community hasn't warranted the development of such an item. a short ram intake will simply allow more air in (mind you its hot air given the filters proximity to the block and engine bay) and will no generate any discernible power increases.

Save your money IMO.

No, and be glad. There's more than to just bolting on some "horsepower in a can" widget.

Cars are controlled by computers, including air/fuel intake. Your computer system would have to be re-programmed even IF you could find some bolt-on parts to increase HP.

Leave as is and be grateful. BTW, tons of folks want the same thing....

I'd honestly consider and R2C just to add something to the masses of black plastic, but I wouldn't expect anything but bling.

How about the one with the electric cut-out! ;-)

Imagine BTR will be coming out with aftermarket intakes to the 3.8 and 4.6 since they now have tunes available. We can only wait and see.
