Seat easy access not working

Ugg, 1st time I decided to take her to the car wash and now the seat doesn't retract. The setting is correct.
Is there some disable switch the car wash guys could have touched?

I have the same problem! Bought car March of 2023 and it never worked. Dealer order a part and that did not correct the problem so they called Genesis support and they claim they are working on a software update.

Sorry to hear. This is making me crazy. I ran the seat up close lowered the steering wheel then exited and it worked. It just doesn't retract more than my pre-set, which I would have sworn it did before.
