Getting familiar with the group...
Yesterday I went to my dealership for an oil change and follow up on Blue tooth problems.
On Jan 27 2012 I was at dealership for ongoing blue tooth problems. After a few hours in service depart they did not have a fix for the 4S phone. Per dealership Hyundai issue a 9 digit case number. Was told to follow up about problem with service department.
Starting early last week I sent two emails w/o any reply from dealership service. Yesterday I was asking about my warranty work on phone. The service writer did not know what I was talking about and to the best of my knowledge I was not in the Hyundai system computer. Is this a normal type of occurrence with Hyundai Service?
