Secondary Driver Profile

I am in Canada and bought a 2025 GV70 in June. I cannot seem to be able to add my wife as a secondary driver. I did add us both to our own profiles in the vehicle, but when I try to add her as a secondary driver online or on the app I get this message: The provided email does not have a registered account for user profile. Please provide an email with a registered account to send an invitation email. Does anone have any ideas about this or has anyone run across this and if so did they manage to fix it.

Another question if my wife wants to change the car to her profile, she is forced to enter my PIN inorder to change to her profile, again any solutions that anyone has found or am I doing something wrong.

My wife and I have separate MyGenesis accounts for the same vehicle, and we have separate PINs as well (not just primary and secondary drivers). Our salesman helped us through this process when we purchased.
I think that's the root of your problem.
 
Hmm, that's odd about the PIN thing. I'm pretty sure each profile should have its own PIN. Have you double-checked the settings in the car? Maybe there's a glitch in the system?

Yes I cannot even get her added as a secondary driver on the app, but I could give her a profile in the car. Something does not seem right. The dealer is not much help, as I do not think they are experienced with the systems in the car.

I think I will delete her in the car and start over again. The app keeps saying when I try to add her as a secondary driver that her email address is not a registered email address.
