Mine just stopped working. Is there a button or setting to turn them on and off?
 
Make sure your mirror adjuster is either on left or right, not in the center.

thanks. i put it in the middle recently b/c as you fellow genesis owners no sometimes the auto fold out mirrors' don't work and you have to do it manually

Reply: I had the same problem. Ensure your exterior mirror control switch is left in the "Right " position and not in auto. The switch is on your driver's door.
 
I leave mine in the extended position during the winter months to make sure in the event ice has formed it doesn't burn the motors out.
