Sensors going crazy

My first thread, I discussed that my front sensors have been going off every time I come to a stop. Now I realize that not only are my sensors going off, but every time I come to a stop my parking assist button becomes activated. So each time I let up on the brake and stop again, it's back on. I have to turn it off to stop my front sensors alert. And they go off no matter if anything is in front of me or not.
This all started happening after a few car washes within one week.
Any ideas?
