  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

My XM started acting erratically so I stopped at my dealers service department around 4:30 p.m. They agreed it needed attention and asked if I needed a loaner. I said yes, and they asked I come back this morning around 8:00 a.m. because they did not have one available. They provided me with a brand new loaded Sonata as a loaner. They have treated me well for 5 years now.:)

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Last loaner I got was a 2012 genesis with tech package. Just wasn't an r spec though...

CLASSYRSPEC, I paid $24,811 incl TTL and my 2009 3.8 with 51,000 miles on it. I had to drive almost 100 miles to get the best deal around, everyone else was trying to lowball me.
The dealer had no more Genesis loaners thus the Sonata as a substitute.

My brand new 2013 RSPEC was only 2 months old, and it was in and out of the dealership for three days, and they gave me nothing, except for lifts back and forth to the dealer and home, and I paid a lot more lol
