Concierge service is a joke. to get valet service to get your car picked up you need to call 30 days in advance. I have an issue with my voice recognition for making calls and would have taken my dealer 3 weeks to get me a loaner; forget about picking their valet service.

Agree! Concierge Service seems to be offered, but left up to specific dealerships to provide or not as they see fit. Not Happy!

I'm past the 3 year point but two different dealers always offered it in the past. The pandemic, couple with shortage of cars seemed to really crash it though.

Yes, if you read the fine print the dealer is the final arbiter of what they offer.
