Last night I got a parking ticket in San Francisco for parking after 2AM. On the ticket slip under make it said Bentley. I couldn't help but have a smile on my face despite having to pay $55 bucks! The parking officer probably thinks $55 bucks is nothing if he can afford a Bentley. haha

I would protest the ticket on the grounds that you don't own a Bentley.

take it from me i've been in law enforcement for 18 years & if you have a ticket with the incorrect info on it then you can beat it because that is a legal document ( with the wrong make of auto on it )

Are there any local or federal laws about changing the appearance of a vehicle? I'm assuming the OP had the KDM badges on?

It's not a Bentley badge. Although he has to do is show his vehicle registration to the judge.

I almost agreed. But, in reality the "enforcer" runs the registration and it states "Hyundai Genesis" on his/her computer, you're likely to not win that case in court. But....each state differs.

Funny story, lol.
I guess it's possible to have that ticket dismissed, but I'd just pay that $55 since you were in fact parked illegally.
Not worth spending your time arguing over the brand name of a vehicle written on your ticket.

I went to the A's game Saturday and met up with a group of friends for Beer Fest. I parked my car and went to tailgate, I look back after about 5 minutes and there was group of people around it trying to figure out what it was. I actually had a lot of people looking at my car as of late.

BTW - this is a pretty funny story. Thanks for sharing!
