Has anyone installed this thing? Any tips or advice? I just got the V2 version. Has anyone done a write up or know of a video posted somewhere?

Just looking for some tips before I jump in. The instructions really aren't the best, or I'm just an idiot. Either way,

While I haven't installed this particular module. I had the proximity auto un/lock module in both my previous cars ( Stinger and Telluride) and they both worked well and as expected 99% of the time. Once or twice a year, they would stop working and just needed to be rebooted as they were an always on module. These maybe the same thing, but it was literally just unplugging and replying it back on.

Also they use vampire taps that are OK. But using barrel wire taps are so much easier, better, and reusable.

Shark racing have historically bad installation diagrams and/or videos. Most of the time, buyers post the correct info after figuring it out. I think you can buy access to a service manual that has wiring diagrams.

I would love a heated/cooled seat module. Anyone install one on a 2021 or newer G80?

Thanks for the help and advice. I do have a service manual with the wiring. It's funny cause what they show isn't the same as mine. Maybe it's the difference in the US model.
A friend of mine has a body shop with all the expensive shop type stuff I am going to have him reference. I'll report back with the findings
