Just bought 2023 G70

How are you all like the siberian ice??

That was a close second for me, I love that color!
But I love Mallorca Blue more... :)
 
Have never seen it, but seems like a 'baby blue' to me. I still remember the disappointment when I bought a new 'silver (something)' M3 V8 sight unseen, and it was freaking baby blue, so even less of a fan of that color after that (lol), but hopefully it's more white than blue.
 
Siberian ice is a porcelain white color to my eye. At different angles it takes a bluish cast the same as fine porcelain china. Not metal flake, pure color. Interesting and different from most contemporary colors.
 
It sounds nice :). But any such color is always better to see it first. Or at least several pictures in different lighting, just to make sure that it's what you want.
