Hi all. My wife has been driving my Genesis lately and told me that the Sirius radio stopped working last week. I finally got into it yesterday to see what was going on. It turns out the my Sirius Radio ID in the car is different than what my account is showing.
I know that the one on my Sirius account is correct because it was actually something memorable to me. The one my radio is showing is completely foreign to me.
Has anyone had the Sirius Radio ID change on their car? Any thoughts on what would cause that to happen? I have the thought of checking my maps and saved places to make sure they're still there, but I won't be able to do that until later.
