Smart cruise control conditions not met

I got this error message in clear weather. My car was just in for scheduled maintenance. When I git it back the lane keeping assistant was off, the headlight switch was set to off, and I got this error message a day later. Any ideas what else the dealer may have messed with?

It may or may not be related to the dealer visit. I had this error in the first few weeks of ownership and had to have smart cruise ECU replaced. That was over 2 years ago and has been fine ever since.
