Smart Key Docking Area??

I don't have an Equus, but both of my Genesis and my wife's Santa Fe have said to use the key fob to press the start button.

In my 2013 Equus the docking slot for the key fob is inside the glove box. At the top left inside there is a little button to lock the trunk so that a valet can not open the trunk. next to that button (immediately to the right) is the key fob dock.

Thanks Again Richard, yes I Did Finally Find it! My 2013 is Rarley Used, I just turned 10k miles on it, and It has Never Seen Rain or Really cold weather, so sometimes the Key fob dies from lack of use....

Change the battery once a year (on your birthday/other easy to remember day) and most likely you won't have this problem.
