  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

So are there a lot of false positives when you try remote climate/engine start?

So this is another hiccup maybe. I submitted the climate start command and got this:

Then this:

But it was running when I got to the car.

So I thought the command has to be resubmitted upon failure? It just keeps on trying until success?
Also I see you have 2 esims in your phone. Maybe that is causing an issue? Doesn’t make much sense unless you are missing certain texts or messages because going out on one sim and coming in on the other? I’d eliminate dual esims from the equation for troubleshooting purposes and see if you get better performance.

Hyundai is allocated the Verizon sim as thats the one that best wherever I go. I save the suckie AT&T for everyone else. haha.

It is 3 attempts, same on the Palisade.

Remember these blue link cell solutions are pretty sketchy to begin with, when it comes to signal strength and all. People have had issues especially when parked in garages going all the way back to 2015. It has also been a semi-frequent issue on the Palisade forums. All that being said - please ensure when using the feature in a garaged car that the garage door is open.

Parking garages, home garages or both?

We have a big construction project going on in our work’s parking garage to prevent it from being that building in Miami…never saw so much crumbling cement in a parking garage floor. Big compressors running all the time, and false walls here and there and then up to the next floor, back down to this floor that floor to the bottom floor…I chalk it up to that.

So there probably 3 or 4 days a year where I might want to try it. I did it this am , and received message successful start and heat on. But when about 10
minutes later got to the car, engine not running and car was ice cold.

What gives?

Anyone else ever have this issue?

Got this today for the first time. Said it failed, but was running in the parking garage when I got out there.
