  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Solution for scratched bumper?

Any kits or youtube video recommendations on dealing with scratched bumpers? I reversed into a car and his license plate screw nicked my bumper, so I'll have to remove the raised area and fill the rest then paint. I also scraped the front spoiler against the curb. Both fixes are needed on the plastic parts of the car. Or should I look to a pro for help?

Give this company a look.

Besides selling touch up paint in bottles and spray cans they sell primer and clear coat.

If you look on the left side of the web page there are videos and instructions on how to accomplish the repair.

I have purchased their touch up paint and found it to be a flawless match when used with their primer and clear coat products.

Never used the spray can product, because I never had a scratch requiring such a large area repair and hope I never have to.
