  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

When the radio or Sirius or songs from my iPhone play, the car switches from using the front to the rear speakers ONLY at random odd moments. Have not played with the sound profile so maybe there's something there but I doubt it. Anyone else had this problem? And no it's not just when it drops sound to let Nav be louder - awesome. It's constant, and random AND REALLY FRICKIN' ANNOYING.

Have not experience anything like that in my 3.8 AWD Ultimate. Sounds like a dealer service call is warranted.

Just a thought - I know this does it when I'm using NAV, have the NAV sound/voice low and it's giving me directions. Would you possibly have the NAV voice set to zero and it's still trying to give you directions?

I normally have my Nav sound set to zero doesn't do this. However, if your phone is connected via USB, it does lower volume when you get text/email notifications - maybe that's what you're hearing?

Thank you, Nikgen - good to know.
