  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey Guys. i wanna bring out my rear tires a bit, not too much. What size spacers and where can i get them? am i gonna need bigger lug nuts?

adding a spacer moves the rim weight point out on the lug bolt... So changing the lug nut will not help you. I don't know what stress tests were performed on the bolts but moving the weight further away from the base will create stresses and could lead to a lug break.

small spacing is common, and many on this board have used spacers as required for winter tires (a couple of mm spacer is common)...

If you are looking for a significant offset (1/2 inch?) I think you would need to look at changing the lug bolts to beef up the support.
