I changed mine in a 2014 Equus, 59,750 miles. It can be done yourself. The Iridium spark plugs were a 24 hour store pickup order at Oriellys, about $23.00 per plug.
5/8 inch plug socket, 10 mm coil bolt. It took me about 4 hours at home, no rushing. I used a magnet to extract the loose plug from the well. The one behind the oil dipstick was the most difficult, I removed the 10 mm bolt the secures the dipstick tube to allow the dipstick tube to wriggle out of the way. see pictures
