Will it be beneficial to change the ignition coils as well when changing the spark plugs?

It will be beneficial to the person(s) selling the coils to you. It will only benefit you if the coils are failing or are going to fail soon. They don't last forever, but they don't always fail either. Generally, they work well until they don't.

I figured as much, however I bought the kit which comes with the plugs and coils.
