Start/Stop Fix

I read while back some company was working on a fix for the start/stop button. I know there are several doing them for the Big Three but have not found any on the Genesis. This is probably my most hated feature on my 21 GV80. I don't understand why they can't let the owner decided which position to be default like most other options??

It's not Hyundai/Genesis, it's the US government. This has been discussed on several threads, as have the defeat methods.

Permanently Disable Auto Start / Stop

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions around how to permanently disable the auto start / stop function? Today, I'm manually pressing the button to the left of the steering wheel, but I'd like to turn it off for good.

Mine never works because of the overheating of the motor it says because the fan runs super loud

I was talking to @djarmag about using a 528T Pulse Timer to automatically disable to the traction control and the esc maybe you can adapt it to automatically turn off the start/stop feature when you turn your car on without having to jam a plastic piece in the button.
