Steering Wheel Automatically Moves up upon Entering the Vehicle

I just took the delivery of GV70 and I noticed this weird issue, and I would like to know if anyone else experienced the same or have any insights into it.

I know if I have easy exit feature enabled and when I exit the vehicle, the steering wheel would move up for me to exit the vehicle more easily. However, I turned that feature off and this is how I did it. Settings -> Seat -> Seating Easy Access -> Unchecked Steering Wheel Easy Access.

Now that I turned that feature off, when I open the door and exiting the vehicle, the steering does NOT move up (which is expected); however, later when I re-enter the vehicle, as soon as I open the driver's door, the steering wheel moves up. And once I start driving, the steering wheel would return to the memorized position.

What's even more strange is that this weird steering wheel behaviour only happens if the last time I exit the car was more than a few hours. Say if I re-enter the car only 20 or 30 min after exiting it, then the steering wheel does not move which is expected.
