Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. Sticky Tricky Ignition

I've noticed about 75% of the time within the past month and a half, while trying to start my car, with the key in the ignition it won't turn. The wheel is as straight as can be. I have taken it to Hyundai and from what they "THINK" I needed a new cylinder? Again, this is what they "THINK" because (my luck) their power went out that day.

Was just wondering if anyone else has come across this problem?

I am due to take it in again on Wednesday. (Keeping my fingers crossed that their power remains on this time!)

PS: It is a 2011 Genesis Coupe 2.0T
