  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Suddenly all warning lights poped up after turning the ignition on 2016 gen ultimate.

Hello, LilBear. 1553miles & GV70. Hmm. Take it to the dealer again & make sure to fix the issue. If it happens again, you need to find a lemon law lawyer. Make sure to keep all documents, videos, when did it happen, etc

I'm still driving my Gen with the issues. Somehow, it didn't happen again after a while. However, the oil sensor is starting to appear after 70k & can't fix it due to the high cost.
It was a Major Recall in Korea but not in the U.S. This is what Hyundai Corporate told me a while ago.

This will be my last Hyundai.

Okay, thank you for the advice!

I don’t think I’m going to get a lawyer. Since I got it back 2 weeks ago, this is the 10th time it happened.
People say and the dealer too, the sensors might be dirty. So I got a high-pressure car and whenever the car is slightly dirty I wipe the sensors and camera. Planning to call Genesis on Monday or Friday

It happened a lot when driving. The brakes are as if they had no pressure. I have to floor the brake just do to a medium brake pressure when normal. I almost couldn’t stop when I was turning right, about 70km/h.

It happened on start-up. Here is a picture :/

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Just ordered my 3rd rear wheel speed sensor. Same issue.

I brought my car into Genesis last week. so far no problems, when I said about the brake being weak and mushy they said it might be the calliper sensor. They replaced the calapier on the same one they replaced the sensor. No problems and it seems to go away. Tell Genesis about the brakes if it does feel mushy and weak then the lights come on. I'll update you later on.

I had a similar issue, turns out it was a wheel speed sensor... lost ABS, traction, stability, AWD, BSM and a couple of other things. Driving it to the dealer in an inch of snow was interesting. Without traction and AWD, it was basically driving a 5.0L Mustang with an open rear diff. Rear end was all over the place.
Same thing here...but was the cv left rear axle had a Crack in the cogs where the wheel speed sensor reads.

Dear Gen Owner.

not sure if you had this issue. My gen died on me yesterday after mother's day dinner with my family.
Car turned on, but suddenly all the warning lights were showing on dashboard and I couldn't drive. Tried turning off and restart few times.
decided to call Roadside Service to tow my car. Had to call Uber to get back home.:cry::cry:Car is only 53k with 2016 gen ultimate edition.
Currently, it's at local Hyundai dealer, Anyone had the same experience?View attachment 36341

Sorry for the very late update. I took the car in about1-2 months ago on the issue (the dash lights and sensors, tsc, abs, safty, etc). They replaces the hub and bearings on my rear left im pretty sure. The problem has been gone since. Im hoping this is the end of it, the car has been performing as designed.

Believe it or not, I didn't fix the issue & the only thing I replaced is the Fuel Pump controller at 85k.
I'm just driving as is, since my local dealer doesn't know how to fix the issue. Didn't want to look at the video I took at that time.

Does anyone thing its the auto start stop system some how? Since i bought the car i used a peice of paper to keep the button off becuase its just puting more wear on the car. Today it fell out so i left and and drove about 3-4 hours total from there and back. The dash lights came back on, but when this problem still came up before with the auto start stop button always off.

Mine is having the same issue... anyone have a solution?

Having the same issue with my 15 5.0 90k miles
(Identical to the video posted above)

I do feel slight play in the rear driver side hub, the negative still moves despite being fully tightened, will update if either fixes the problem.

On top of that my all wheel drive stopped working with absolutely no warning or signs of it going out. It’s been quite the experience although I do secretly enjoy the car very much similar to an abusive relationship.

Possibly the trunk wiring harness, shorted wires. That is what it was for me, similar symptom.
I have same exact issue with my 2017 Genesis G90 ultimate.
Stayed in the shop a month and a half.
I was told the module was sending a bad communication to the fuel pump.
Paid for the module and they told me the car wasn't running proper, next day they told me it was the fuel pump, after paying for both these parts and came in the next day to pick up the car, drove approximately 20 miles and the car did the same exact thing.had it immediately towed back to the Hyundai dealership.now for 2 more months,no calls from dealership.
What could be the issues?
Any help out there?
